Job Description

  • Handle customers’ inbound and outbound calls and inquiries (Arabic)
  • Provide responsive telephone support to customers, in the area of problem solving.
  • Explain description and specification of the company’s products.
  • Reply to comments and open chats on social media.
  • Build a positive relationship and embrace Electronic House products.
  • Follow up on customers’ complaints and issues when required.


Job Requirements

  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • Good communication and handling skills
  • Max age is 30
  • Undergrads and Grads are welcome to apply
  • Data entry skills
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Working hours Rotational Shifts (9:00am to 6:00pm) or (12:00pm to 9:00pm)
  • Ability to work under pressure
